This Fair Use Policy ensures that all Zorigen One services are delivered consistently, fairly, and sustainably across all clients while maintaining high service quality and system performance.
Zorigen One plans are designed as managed service subscriptions, not unlimited on-demand usage. Each plan includes defined limits to ensure fair access to support and resources.
Core: Up to 2 users/devices, up to 5 support hours per month, basic IT support and security coverage, excluding monitoring, reporting, and disaster recovery.
Pro: Up to 5 users/devices, up to 15 support hours per month, monitoring, reporting, continuity, compliance, and priority business-hours response.
Enterprise: Usage limits defined per agreement, typically including scalable users/devices, full SLA-based support, customization, and strategic partnership.
If usage exceeds plan limits, additional users/devices are billed at agreed rates, excess support hours may require billing or plan upgrade, and clients may be advised to upgrade for performance stability.
This policy ensures fair distribution of resources, stable system performance, predictable support response times, and sustainable service delivery across all clients.
Zorigen reserves the right to update this policy as services, infrastructure, and operational requirements evolve. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
By subscribing to Zorigen One, clients agree to operate within the limits of their selected plan and acknowledge this Fair Use Policy.
