1. Definitions

2. Use of Website & Services
You agree not to:

Use the platform for illegal activities in any region.

Interfere, disrupt, or compromise website performance, security, or any ZORIGEN services.
3. ZORIGEN ONE Subscription Plans
Zorigen offers the ZORIGEN ONE subscription plans, designed to provide scalable IT and cloud services:
Core – R990 / month

Up to 5 support hours per month

Excludes monitoring, reporting, and disaster recovery

Pro – R2,490 / month

Includes monitoring, reporting, continuity, and compliance

4. Fair-Use Policy

Ensures Core and Pro plans remain sustainable

Defines included users/devices, support hours, and service limits

Protects margins and sets clear client expectations
-
Enterprise plan is fully customized with negotiated limits

Zorigen may suspend services temporarily if usage violates the Fair-Use Policy.
5. Pricing & Payment

All plan prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) or converted currency where applicable.

Payment is the customer’s responsibility and must be completed for service activation.

Zorigen reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud.

Plan upgrades are effective immediately with prorated billing adjustments, while downgrades take effect in the next billing cycle.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, images, content, software, and branding belong to Zorigen and may not be copied, redistributed, or modified without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability

Zorigen is not liable for third-party delays, service interruptions, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, regardless of the customer’s location.

Disputes will be resolved under South African legal procedures.
